Term	Definition
"hiabaji" / "Platform"	The online casino and sports betting service operated under the domain hiabaji.net, including all associated pages, applications, and services.
"We" / "Us" / "Our"	The operators and owners of the hiabaji platform.
"You" / "User" / "Player"	Any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or makes use of the hiabaji platform in any capacity.
"Account"	A registered user profile created on hiabaji, associated with a unique username, verified contact information, and a personal wallet balance.
"Bet" / "Wager"	Any amount of real money staked on a game outcome, sports event result, or other contingent event offered on the hiabaji platform.
"Bonus Funds"	Promotional credits added to a user's account by hiabaji, subject to separate wagering terms and not immediately withdrawable.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity verification process requiring submission of a valid National ID (NID), passport, or equivalent document accepted by hiabaji.
"BST"	Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6. All time references in these Terms & Conditions are expressed in BST unless stated otherwise.

Headings in these Terms & Conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation. References to "these Terms" include any supplementary rules, policies, or schedules published on hiabaji.net. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.

Access to and use of the hiabaji platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which the account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. hiabaji does not permit access to any person under the age of 18, regardless of jurisdiction or parental consent.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by hiabaji or any other gambling operator from which you have excluded yourself.
• You have not previously had an account on hiabaji suspended, terminated, or closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are of sound mind and are not under the influence of substances that impair your judgment at the time of placing any bet or making any financial transaction on the platform.

Age Verification Process

hiabaji employs a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Upon registration, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to confirm your identity and age:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid passport issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• Any other government-issued photographic identification accepted at hiabaji's sole discretion

Withdrawal of any funds from your hiabaji account will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to our satisfaction. hiabaji reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where there is reasonable cause to verify identity, age, or the source of funds deposited into your account.

Where hiabaji has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered user is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately. Any balance held in a suspended minor's account will be frozen pending investigation. If the age restriction is confirmed to have been breached, all deposits will be returned net of any bonus amounts received, and all winnings generated during the period of underage play will be forfeited without exception.

To access the full range of services offered by hiabaji — including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method.

One Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on hiabaji at any given time. The simultaneous maintenance of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, hiabaji reserves the right to close all associated accounts without prior notice and to withhold any balances, bonuses, or winnings pending investigation.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. hiabaji will never ask you to disclose your password via any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered, to add an additional layer of security to your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify hiabaji's support team immediately via live chat if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

hiabaji accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account credentials — whether by you or any third party to whom you have knowingly or negligently disclosed those credentials — will be treated as your own activity and is your sole responsibility.

Accuracy of Registration Information

You must ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout the lifetime of your account remains accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change — including your name following a legal change, your residential address, or your contact information — you must update your account profile promptly or notify the support team. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

All financial transactions on the hiabaji platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through your hiabaji account.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits may be made using the following methods:

• bKash — mobile financial service
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office digital wallet
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking
• Upay — UCB digital wallet
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Bangladeshi banks including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank

Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically reflected in your hiabaji account balance within two minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. Card-based deposits may take up to five minutes. hiabaji does not charge any processing fee on deposits; however, your payment service provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which hiabaji accepts no responsibility.

All deposited funds must be used for genuine gaming activity. Depositing funds and immediately requesting withdrawal without placing any bets — commonly referred to as "money cycling" — is prohibited and may result in account review, delay of withdrawal processing, and in confirmed cases, account suspension.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are only processed after KYC identity verification has been completed on your account. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing timelines are as follows:

• Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for fully verified accounts, seven days a week including public holidays observed in Bangladesh.
• Withdrawals to bank cards may take up to two banking days depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.
• hiabaji reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or identity concerns are present.

Withdrawal requests submitted during periods of scheduled platform maintenance will be queued and processed as soon as maintenance is complete. hiabaji will communicate scheduled maintenance windows with advance notice where possible. hiabaji accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, mobile network outages, or bank processing schedules outside our control.

Currency and Exchange

The hiabaji platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All displayed balances, stake amounts, winning amounts, and bonus values are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is applied within the platform. If your payment method operates in a different currency, your payment provider will apply their own exchange rate and any associated conversion fees, for which hiabaji bears no responsibility.

By placing any bet or participating in any game on the hiabaji platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following general rules governing all betting and gaming activity. Specific rules applicable to individual game types — including sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, crash games, and card games — are published in the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

General Betting Rules

• All bets placed on the hiabaji platform are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets may not be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player except where hiabaji exercises its discretion to void a bet under the circumstances described below.
• hiabaji reserves the right to void any bet where it has been placed as a result of a pricing error, a technical malfunction, or an obvious and demonstrable mistake in the stated odds or game parameters. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your account balance.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed at the point of placing each bet and vary by game type, market, and your account tier. hiabaji reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
• All game outcomes produced by the hiabaji platform — whether from certified Random Number Generator (RNG) engines or live dealer games streamed by providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi — are final and binding. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to the support team within 72 hours of the relevant game round concluding.

Sports Betting Specific Rules

Cricket betting — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Test matches, and bilateral Bangladesh Tigers series — is governed by the following additional rules:

• A cricket match must reach its minimum completion threshold (as defined per competition rules) for bets to stand. Matches abandoned before reaching this threshold will generally be voided and stakes returned, subject to competition-specific rules published on the platform.
• Live in-play betting markets are offered on eligible matches. Live odds are updated in real time and the odds prevailing at the moment your bet is confirmed are the binding odds for that wager, regardless of any subsequent price movement.
• hiabaji reserves the right to suspend betting markets on any event without prior notice, particularly during periods of high uncertainty, breaking news, or technical issues affecting data feeds.

hiabaji offers a range of bonuses, free spin packages, reload promotions, and seasonal offers to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which must be read in conjunction with these general bonus terms.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified; any unmet bonus balance will be removed from your account upon expiry.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the hiabaji platform contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are published in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: hiabaji employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same offer multiple times using different accounts, exploiting bonus terms through low-risk or hedged betting strategies, and coordinated play between multiple accounts to extract bonus value. Where bonus abuse is detected, hiabaji reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close the account.
• Promotional Changes: hiabaji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while you are actively working through its wagering requirements, the most recently published terms at the time of the promotion's withdrawal will apply.
• Seasonal Promotions: Special promotions are offered during key Bangladesh calendar events including BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), and the ICC T20 World Cup. These seasonal promotions are announced on the hiabaji platform with their own terms and validity windows.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hiabaji platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or during any support interaction.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, artificial intelligence tool, or mechanical device to place bets, access the platform, or interact with any game or market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any other form of coordinated manipulation of game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated as a direct result of a known or suspected software error are not valid and will be forfeited.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source. hiabaji cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence units in investigations of suspected financial crime.
• Accessing the hiabaji platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions, IP monitoring, or security systems.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening language, or abusive communication directed at hiabaji support staff or other users of the platform.

hiabaji employs real-time fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Detection of prohibited conduct may result in immediate and permanent account closure without prior warning, forfeiture of all balances including real-money deposits, and initiation of legal proceedings where the financial exposure or severity of the conduct warrants it.

hiabaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, prohibited conduct, or identity misrepresentation.
• Confirmed underage access — i.e., where KYC confirms the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A valid and active self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder themselves or by an authorised representative.
• A legal requirement, court order, or instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request permanent closure of your hiabaji account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before an account is closed, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances and any winnings generated exclusively from bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Effect of Closure

Following permanent account closure — whether initiated by you or by hiabaji — you will no longer be permitted to access the platform using any existing or new registration. Attempting to re-register after a hiabaji-initiated closure constitutes a further breach of these Terms and will result in the new account being closed and any deposits forfeited.

Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling activity is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available within their account settings. Self-exclusion can be activated for defined periods — 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently — and takes effect immediately upon request. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be blocked, no promotional communications will be sent to you, and no re-activation request will be processed before the exclusion period has elapsed.
